Arrival
The Musik- und Kongresshalle is centrally located in Lübeck's Old Town and is easy to reach from all directions by public transport, regional and long-distance traffic, car and bicycle. Approx. 2000 parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck. You can download detailed directions here.
Accessibility
The Musik- und Kongresshalle has all the facilities to make it easier for people with disabilities to attend our events.
The MUK car park opposite the Musik- und Kongresshalle and the Radisson car park have disabled parking spaces. Both car parks are public car parks. For more information on the location of the parking spaces and prices, click here.
We have reserved seats for wheelchair users in our concert hall and will be happy to advise you. Our advance booking office tips & TICKETS will be happy to assist you with your ticket booking from Monday-Friday from 12:00-18:00 on 0451-7904-400 or tut@muk.de
The Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck has disabled-accessible toilets on the ground floor and the upper floor. Lifts and stair lifts guarantee barrier-free access to the floors.
Photography and filming
Video, picture and sound recordings are not permitted during performances for copyright reasons. Film or photo recordings for editorial purposes must be approved in advance by the press office. Contact: 0451-7904-0 or kontakt@muk.de.
Lost property
The cloakroom staff will accept lost property. If you discover the loss of an item after your visit to the Musik- und Kongresshalle, please contact them by e-mail at kontakt@muk.de. If you discover that you have lost something during the event, please contact our cloakroom staff directly.
Gastronomy
We offer snacks and drinks before the event and during the break. The offer varies depending on the event format and season. It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks. For further information on catering, please click here.
You can reserve a table and order drinks as well as snacks by e-mail before the event. Payment can be made by Paypal or on the evening of the event in cash or by EC card. You can also reserve a table for the break immediately before the event and order your drinks and snacks.
Vouchers
You can purchase vouchers through the tips & TICKETS advance booking office. You can reach tips & TICKETS from Monday to Friday from 12:00-18:00 on 0451-7904-400 or tut@muk.de.

Children and young people
Children need tickets for all events.
Ticket prices are reduced for children and young people, depending on the organiser.
Children can bring their own booster seat from the car.
According to § 5 of the Youth Protection Act, children and young people under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend an event without being accompanied by a person with parental authority. Adolescents aged 16 and over are permitted to be present until midnight at the latest. You can find all the information in our house rules.
Concert visit
As a rule, admission begins and the box office opens one hour before the start of the event. Exceptions apply to selected events. If you have already purchased tickets, these will often also show the admission times.

There are sufficient pay cloakrooms in the Musik- und Kongresshalle.
The following items may not be taken into the event room:
Weapons of any kind, bottles, cans, umbrellas, selfie sticks, cameras, food and drinks, animals.

The performances start on time. Our admission staff will be happy to help you if you are ever late. We ask for your understanding that late admittance is only possible at certain times, depending on the performance schedule. In rare exceptional cases, late admission cannot be granted.
Please have proof of your concession entitlement ready when you enter. Without this proof, we may have to ask you to pay extra. For more information on concessions, please contact our tips & TICKETS advance booking office on 0451-7904-400 or tut@muk.de from 12:00-18:00 Monday-Friday.

At an event with free seating, your ticket is not tied to a specific seat. You can choose where you want to sit.
Yes, there is an open WLAN in the MUK (MuK HotSpot).
Sustainability
Yes, the Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck has been sustainably certified since 2009. You can find more information about our certifications here.
Four charging points are available at the MUK car park opposite the Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck.
Opening hours
The Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck is open during the usual office hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:00, the advance booking office from 12:00-18:00. The opening hours are extended for the events.
Smoking ban
Smoking is not permitted in the Music and Congress Hall. You will find smoking areas in the outdoor areas during events.

Tickets for events in the Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck are available on our homepage under Programme and at all known advance booking offices. You can buy tickets for all events taking place nationwide at our advance booking office tips & TICKETS. You can reach tips & TICKETS from Monday to Friday from 12:00-18:00 on 0451-7904-400 or tut@muk.de.
Unfortunately, if you lose your event ticket, you are not entitled to a replacement.
In principle, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. If events are postponed or cancelled, you can return your tickets or receive a voucher, depending on the organiser. If the tickets in question were purchased at our tips & TICKETS advance booking office, we will be happy to advise you individually. You can reach tips & TICKETS from Monday-Friday from 12:00 - 18:00 on 0451-7904-400 or tut@muk.de. Please note that when purchasing tickets via our homepage, the regulations of the online ticket provider from whom you purchased the tickets apply.
If an event organiser postpones or cancels an event due to the pandemic, tickets that have already been purchased can be returned to the advance booking office from which they were purchased.
You can pay by debit card, credit card or cash at our on-site ticket office. Online, the payment modalities of the respective online ticket providers apply.
As long as a ticket is not personalised, it is transferable.
