For people with hearing impairments, the MuK offers state-of-the-art technology to improve hearing comfort. The facility supports hearing aids with and without induction loops. For more information, please ask us!

The MUK car park opposite the Musik- und Kongresshalle and the Radisson car park have disabled parking spaces. Both car parks are public car parks. For more information on the location of the parking spaces and prices, click here.

The Musik- und Kongresshalle Lübeck has disabled-accessible toilets on the ground floor and the upper floor. Lifts and stair lifts guarantee barrier-free access to the floors.
